3.Community Focussed – we are actively involved in the local community.  We support the Windgap Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which helps adults with intellectual disabilities; we shop locally for the coffee, tea, milk and refreshments and get behind local community initiatives.  We believe that building and maintaining strong links with the local community is extremely important. Working from the modern facility with reliable technology and doing it from home, helps a lot of our clients to maintain a healthy work-life balance, reduce stress levels and be more productive.
